根据任课老师考勤记录，发现以下职工ADU POKU THOMAS、已连续四周未到校学习，为严肃学风，进一步规范员工行为，根据公司《职工教学管理规定》的有关要求，对无故不在校一个月的员工视为自动退学。

In accordance with the attendance record of the teacher-in-charge, it is found that the following foreign students,ADU POKU THOMAS, have not attended school regularly for four(4) consecutive weeks. In order to standardize this serious students’ behavior and have an strict academic discipline, under the relevant requirements of our school’sRegulations on Administration of Teaching Affairs of Overseas Students, a continuous absence without any permission for a month is considered to be automatically dropped out and will be notified to related departments for the record.
